Whose Hungry!

OK so a while ago I told you that I would be giving you lessons on making some Caribbean Latin food. Yes I know that because rrrrice is a big thing for us I will teeeeach you how to make rrrice, beans, and
 carne (meat, or 肉).
Everything that I am telling you hear should be followed to the T. In my point of you you must be careful with leaving something out or changing the ingredients with our meals because once you do you change the entire flavor of what you are making. You can definitely try new things but be careful.

Here are the things you will need:

Grater
Aluminum pan
Pot
Big Pot or Rice cooker
(2 cups) long-grain white rice (short is fine too)
(2 containers) Vienna Sausage
Adobo
Sazon con culantro y achiote
Sofrito
(1 small can) Tomato paste
(1 teaspoon each) minced garlic - can be powdered and peppers
(1) Platano
(1 can) of Red Kidney Beans
(12 pkg) Chicken Wings
(1 cups) Vinegar + (1 cup) Water = mixed

Pre-preparation: take the two platano peel them. now grab the grater and with the finest section of it grade the platano. You will end up with what looks like mush. grab little small chunk and in your hands make it into a round ball. Save this for the beans.

Cook:

First wash the chicken with vinegar/water mix and then drain. Add 1 spoon of sofrito, three spoons of adobo, pepper and minced garlic (what ever is left save it.), and a dash of sazon. Mix together and put it in a oven already preheated at 350 degrees. (this will take about 30 minutes to 35 to make. Just pay attention to it and make sound judgments. I don't cook by time i just cook).

In a pot fill it to the half with water and add a spoon of sofrito, two tablespoons of adobo, a package of sazon, and the tomato paste, and let it warm up. once it starts to bubble through in a can of red kidney beas juice and all. mix it and taste it to see if a little extra seasoning is needed. Now add the balls of platano. Let that make for about 20 minutes until it is semi thick.

Now in the big pan or rice cooker take two cups of long grain rice and add another spoon of sofrito, one package of sazon, two tablespoons of adobo, the vienna sausage (chopped), and about a teaspoon of the left over minced garlic (if you have/ you can sub. with garlic powder). Now add 1 cup of water and mix.

Let the water from the rice evaporate. Grab a regular size plastic bag, wet it, squeeze (so that it is moist but not soaking) , and cover the rice with it. Now cover it for twenty minutes.

Great your meal is ready to serve! Enjoy!
